Participant Requirement:

A software developer with at least 1 year experience developing source code or other content
using Web 2.0 technologies such as Ruby, Rails, Ajax, JavaScript, PHP, Perl, and Python.

Is working on an Open Source project.

Is between 21-40 years (proof required)

Lives on the web, uses it as a way to improve their application development by leveraging
online collaboration facilities.

Does things in an agile/iterative way.

Sees development as a circular process rather than just as a straight linear process.

Expects to interact with others during the entire application development lifecycle (fertilize an
idea, develop it, build it, test it, debug it, re-build, re-test, deploy, improve, etc.).

Expects to easily connect with peers sharing similar interests and wants others to easily
connect back to them.

Must be available between July 25th-29th
