Matt Slevinsky of AirG will provide an overview of current wireless technologies with a specific focus on WAP, J2ME and BREW, and will be discussing some of the challenges AirG has faced and unique solutions it has developed to become a global leader in providing cutting edge mobile entertainment to leading mobile operators worldwide.

Following the presentation we'll have a round of introductions and then open the floor for networking. Bring your business cards and find out from each other what's happening in Vancouver's Software Development Industry.

About the presenter:

Matt Slevinsky leads the design & implementation of AirG's client applications and has been a core architect of the company's embedded applications strategy. Matt holds a BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary, with a specialization in mechanical design and design theory. Prior to joining AirG Matt developed several open source and hobby projects including hardware emulators, embedded software and games.
