Let me suggest we want to attract anyone who wishes to get more value out of IT projects. Value either for the customers, the firm's shareholders, or the workers (including non-employees).

One of the key issues is the divide between the Business side and the IT side. Solving only tech side issues is sub-optimizing, and potentially wrong-headed.

Also, being an Agile advocate (but without blinders) and a recovering "waterfallic", I am interested in talking with those who don't know Agile well enough yet.

My 2 cents.

Thanks, Joe (from Charlotte)

I think that's an excellant goal. Reaching people who are not yet familiar with agile is good to include in the aims of our group. I think we could have ideas to offer for both experts and novices (who are both equally valuable!)

I think we would want everyone to feel welcome.
