We're about lean organizations in general, and about applying lean thinking to software companies in specific. Lean Software Development can be used to improve the effectiveness of teams that may already be using agile software methods. This meetup is about exploring the philosophy of systems thinking and theory of constraints as it applies to software development.

I'm reviving this group to transfer over the members from the Alameda Public Library Android Classes (which is now called the Alameda - Google Developer Group).
